Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. On completion of the order process a confirmation of your order will be emailed to you.
Bouquets and arrangements may vary from those shown depending on the time of year and availability of certain flowers. Every effort will be made to keep to the customers special instructions.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Switch, American Express and Delta. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Delivery outside of the UK mainland by special arrangement only.
All transactions are deemed to take place within the United Kingdom and subject to the relevant United Kingdom Laws.
Orders for delivery on Valentines day must be received by 5 pm on Saturday 11th Feb.
Orders must be placed at least one working day before the day of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the appropriate catalog page.
We offer a timed delivery service, allowing you to choose your level of service.

Our customer service team is available 9-5 GMT Monday to Friday and 9-4 GMT on Saturday.
Because of the perishable nature of our flowers and in order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly and to our mutual satisfaction, we advise you to make any complaints within 1 working day of the date of delivery or intended delivery of your flower purchase.
Please help us by describing the problem. We endeavour to respond to and resolve all complaints within 5 working days. You the customer will be kept informed throughout this process.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Under certain circumstances and where the situation permits, it may be necessary to retrieve and examine a delivery that has been rejected. In the unlikely event of this situation arising, the collection would be arranged by our customer services team.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept any cancellations outside this time scale.
You may cancel orders for non perishable items within 7 days after the day of receipt of the goods providing you notify us of your intention to do so by email. You are requested to return cancelled items at your expense, and if you do not do so then a deduction will be made from the refund to cover the cost of collecting the goods.
All monies will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation.
